The programme is run by Leitrim County Council Arts Office and Library Service.

The programme is open to young people between the ages of 14 and 17 years of age on the date of the first workshop of the year.

Members must have consent from a parent or guardian who will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the conditions of the programme.
